ORDERS
Please note that all orders are subjected to availability and acceptance by us. We do not allow reservations. We will inform you if pre-orders are allowed for incoming products/restock items.
PRICING POLICY
All prices shown on our site are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). Customers from outside Malaysia may incur relevant import duty and tax, which must be paid by affected customers. Applicable exchange rate will be applied on debit/credit card not denominated in Ringgit Malaysia.
PAYMENT POLICY
Customer shall be entitled to make payment for the Goods pursuant to the various payment methods set out on this website. We accept Malaysian Ringgit (RM) for transaction. All order can be made via cash deposit through ATM machine, online banking transfer, VISA/MASTERCARD debit card or VISA/MASTERCARD credit card. Please note that we DO NOT accept payment by cheque. We will ask for prove of payment especially if payment is done using cash deposit machine or manual online banking transfer (not through our website) before proceeding with processing the order. Customer will receive receipt through email (if provided) or with the product package itself. Customer is advised to keep the transaction receipt for reference until product is safely arrived at customer’s hand. Any taxes imposed is to be paid by customer, unless it’s clearly stated by D’NANIS.

Note that we will not deliver the product until we receive this confirmation of payment.
SHIPPING POLICY
Please note that all orders placed before 10pm, will be processed on the same day and shipping will be done on the next working day. Any orders placed after 10pm, will be processed on the next day and shipping will be done on the next working day from the processed date. We use several courier services such as POSLAJU, J&T, NINJA VAN and etc, for shipping worldwide and customer will be provided with the tracking number for reference. Please allow an estimation time of delivery of about 3 to 5 working days.
CANCELLATION, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Notice of cancellation is required within 24 hours after order placement. Shipped and paid orders are not cancellable. Notification for instance, in person, via email, mobile phone ‘text message’ and/or fax, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. We reserve the right to reject cancellation of special order product that cannot be returned.
Please note that D’NANIS have no refund policy. Return and exchange can be done if change in size is required or product is faulty, within 4 working days of delivered product, provided it is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unscented, and with all tags remain intact. Product can only be returned and exchanged with the same product, same colour, and different size BUT subject to product availability. If there is any price difference, customer needs to top up the remaining difference. We will refund the shipping fees and taxes if imposed in case of faulty product only. In case of change in size, customer will bear the shipping fees and taxes if imposed.

Use of promo code or voucher is not transferrable, and not exchangeable for cash. Customer is advised to be aware of the expiry date for promo code or voucher. Only one promo code or voucher is to be used per transaction.
