We will be post your paid order items on the next working day (this excludes Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays). We ship worldwide. Orders & Payment made on Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be post out on Monday (the following week).
We preferably use POSLAJU Malaysia as our Courier Service Provider. However, other courier provider is also use an optional. Once the items have been sent off to you, it’s in the hands of POSLAJU Malaysia. This means, it’s beyond our control to ensure the exact days & time to be delivered to the customers. Basically, the delivery times will be between 2-4 working days (within Malaysia) and for International delivery will be between 5-7days once the item has been posted. Please note Saturday and Sunday, and Public Holiday are not classed as working days.
Please take note that, customers must ensure that they have provided the accurate full shipping address including postcode. Providing the incorrect address will result in the parcel being returned to us and we will charge you again for delivery.
